The Noosa glitter is only ten minutes away, and yet the beach is
semi-deserted. Life at our 'Perij' means kids on bicycles to the
shops, a couple of beers at the surf club, teenagers in the skate
bowl, Sunday morning markets, bonfires and cricket on the beach.
Being woken in the morning by the screech of black cockatoos. Hide
and seek in the sandhills, and fresh fish for breakfast.

Upstairs, the living areas benefit from cooling breezes and give
