A classic Noosa style complex with the rear facing the lagoon.
Three buildings, three stories in height. The apartment block has
a sense of openess and space with emphasis placed on the well established
gardens.
Parks are situated either side, adding a certain amount of privacy
to the resort
There are five restaurants, bottle shop, newsagency, 7to7 convenience
store opposite the resort with Hastings Street an easy 12 minute
stroll away.
Noosaville on the river is about a 12 minute walk and the local
bus (bus stop nearby) runs every 15 minutes.

The resort has two pools (one wader for children), gas heated during
winter, plus sauna and spa.
The BBQ area is near the pool, yet separate. The sauna is near
the pool area but having enough privacy to suit everyone's individual
needs. Undercover parking, pool table, cable TV plus a jetty to
moor your boat with a little beach on the lagoon adds to the character
of the complex.
All tours are arranged by on-site management to ensure needs are
met.

All apartments run length-ways
front to back and each different block has a different perspective.
The front block overlooks the lagoon with the river in the background.
The middle block overlooks the pool(s) and the lagoon. The remaining
building (cosy in winter) overlooks Quamby Place with some water
views from the rear.
The top floor three bedroom apartments have distant views of the
North Shore
All apartments have high ceilings, are fully furnished having microwaves,
full upright style ovens and dishwashers.
• The lounge rooms are comfortably furnished with lounge suites
and cable television for night time entertainment, for those not
wishing to go out on the town.
• The bedroom area is separate from the living area, with a
small set of stairs creating a split level atmosphere. The three
bedroom apartments have another level on top, thus creating a parent
retreat, with an ensuite bathroom and walk-in robe.
• Most apartments have two balconies and all three bedroom
apartments have two bathrooms. Similarly, but not in total, a number
of the two bedroom apartments also have two bathrooms.
