The complex consists of 12 fully letting units situated on the
river at Maroochydore but only 5 minutes from everywhere, Sunshine
Plaza, Airport, Beaches, Hotels and Restaurants.
Fishing is at its best with the famous Cod Hole directly across
the road, but if you prefer just sit on your balcony and watch them
reel them in. The boat ramp is 200mtrs away but if you prefer swan
boat hire is just a few minutes away and you can tie your boat up
across the road.
3 minutes walk to great hotel complex which includes 3 restaurants,
Chinese, pasta, and al a carte. In the same complex is small shopping
center including doctor, chemist, bakery, hairdresser and iga supermarket,
there is also a corner store and take away 2 doors away from River
Sands for your convenience. |
Apartments
The complex consists of 12 letting units situated on the river at
Maroochydore.
All units have balconies overlooking the River and
tastefully decorated with cane furniture. The units are all 1 bedroom
with queen beds and a sofa bed in the lounge area, accommodating
up to 4 people, bathrooms all have a full bath with shower.
All units include, cook top, microwave, dishwasher, television
and video. (In house videos are also available). All cooking utensils
and linen supplied. Just bring your clothes and food. As well as
air conditioning, units also have ceiling fans to help circulate
the great river breeze.
